scatter joy!

I just got my sisters their Christmas presents!

want to know what I got them?

(S & D, do NOT peek, PLEASE!!  and yes, I know this is uncharacteristically early.  I hardly recognize myself.)

…photo prints!  I’ve been admiring Irene Suchocki’s photographs for so long, so when I decided to get my sisters some kind of something to put on the walls of their new(ish) homes, I headed straight to Irene’s etsy shop.  For D, who loves wild horses, I will be framing this little treasure.  And S, who was probably a Parisian dauphine in another life (hold on, were dauphines city dwellers?  I feel like a dauphine would have lived on a huge estate with rolling hills and hidden forests.)…well, either way, S, who really does leave her heart in Paris every time she visits, will find this print under the tree.  I’m going to frame it with the faintest light blush matting.  I think it’ll really make it the gray pop and fit perfectly in her feminine chic New York apartment.
